Delivery Information

UK ADDRESSES

All of our items for ‘mainland’ UK addresses are either sent using Royal Mail, Interlink Express / DPD or Parcelforce. If the item is coming direct from a supplier then the courier or delivery method may vary.

 

For items where the address is not classed as ‘mainland’ for courier delivery (such as BT, IV, HS, high AB numbers, Channel Islands etc) then we reserve the right to charge extra carriage costs due to the increased cost to ourselves.

 

MAINLAND EUROPE

We are happy to ship most of our items to Europe, however some items may be too large / heavy to ship. If you are unsure or would like a confirmed shipping cost then please email us with what you would like to purchase along with your town / city and zipcode

 

NON MAINLAND EUROPE / NON EU

We are happy to ship to non mainland and Non-EU addresses such as Norway, Malta, Cyprus, Switzerland, however there is normally an increased charge due to your location. Again if you are unsure or would like a confirmed shipping cost then please email us with what you would like to purchase along with your town / city and zipcode.

REST OF THE WORLD

Many of our items can be shipped worldwide, again size and weight dependant. We use Royal Mail for small items and TNT International for larger items.
